Miralem Pjanic’s move to Barcelona has gone anything but perfect thus far. His transfer for 60 million euro has been one of the more under the radar transfer failures Barcelona have had in recent years.
The good news for Pjanic is that there are still multiple clubs interested in his services. His time at Barca featured such little playing time, his value hasn’t really fluctuated all that much.
His first desire is to move back to Italy and Serie A. Both Juventus and Inter Milan are keen on making a move, with Juventus being able to offer a more appealing player swap package.
The report reckons that a transfer is unlikely but a loan or a swap could take place. Rodrigo Bentancur and Matthijs De Ligt are mentioned as two players Barcelona like.
However, there are also Premier League clubs who may be in the mix, however, his desire to go back to Italy will likely weigh heavily in any swap deal that takes place.
